In these Terms, “Client”, “you”, and “your” refer to the individual or business accessing our website or ordering our services. “Services” refers to the photo editing, floor plans, video editing, virtual tours, website and CRM solutions, copywriting, marketing, design, and any related work we provide. “Content” refers to any images, video, files, text, or other materials you submit to us, and “Deliverables” refers to the finished work we return to you.

2. Services

We provide professional real estate visual and marketing services as described on our website. We will carry out each order with reasonable skill and care and in line with the specifications you provide. We rely on the accuracy and completeness of the instructions and materials you submit, and we are not responsible for results affected by unclear, incomplete, or incorrect briefs.

3. Orders and Submissions

When you place an order, you are responsible for supplying all necessary files, instructions, and reference material in a usable format and at a suitable quality for professional editing. We may be unable to begin or complete work where submitted Content is unclear, corrupted, low-resolution, or otherwise unsuitable, and any delay caused by this is not our responsibility.

4. Turnaround Times

We aim to deliver completed work within the timeframes indicated for each service. Stated turnaround times are estimates that begin once we have received all required materials and instructions. While we work hard to meet them, turnaround times are not guaranteed and may vary with project complexity, volume, or factors outside our reasonable control.

5. Revisions

We want you to be satisfied with every Deliverable. We will make reasonable revisions to correct work that does not match your original brief. Requests that go beyond the agreed scope, introduce new instructions, or change the original specification may be treated as additional work and quoted separately. Revision requests should be submitted clearly and within a reasonable period after delivery.

6. Editing, Virtual Staging, and Accuracy

Several of our services, including image enhancement, day-to-dusk conversion, sky replacement, item removal, virtual staging, and virtual renovation, digitally alter the appearance of a property. These edits are provided at your request and are intended for marketing presentation only. It is your responsibility to ensure that any edited or staged image is used lawfully, is not misleading to buyers or tenants, and is disclosed as a digitally altered or virtually staged image where required by law or industry rules. We are not liable for any claim arising from how edited Deliverables are used, presented, or disclosed.

7. Client Responsibilities and Rights to Content

By submitting Content to us, you confirm that you own it or have all necessary rights, licences, and permissions to use it and to authorize us to edit it. You agree that our work on your Content will not infringe the rights of any third party, including property owners, photographers, or individuals appearing in the material. You agree to indemnify us against any claim arising from Content you have supplied without the proper rights or permissions.

8. Intellectual Property and Ownership

Once an order has been paid for in full, ownership of the final Deliverables passes to you, and you are free to use them for your marketing and business purposes. Until full payment is received, all Deliverables remain our property. We retain ownership of our own processes, tools, templates, and working files, which are not included in delivery. Unless you tell us otherwise in writing, we may display completed work in our portfolio and marketing, with care taken not to disclose sensitive information.

9. Payment

Charges for our services are as agreed at the time of order. Payment terms, methods, and any deposit requirements will be confirmed during the ordering process. We reserve the right to withhold Deliverables until payment has been received in full. Any free trial or promotional offer is subject to its own stated conditions.

10. Cancellations and Refunds

If you wish to cancel an order, you should notify us as soon as possible. Where work has already begun, a charge may apply reflecting the work completed. Because our Deliverables are bespoke digital services, refunds are handled case by case and are generally limited to situations where we have not delivered work to the agreed specification and have been unable to correct it through reasonable revision.

11. Limitation of Liability

Our services are provided on a commercial basis, and our total liability for any claim connected with an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost sales, lost profit, or lost opportunity, arising from the use of our Deliverables or any delay in delivery. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

12. Third-Party Websites and Services

Our website may link to or integrate with third-party platforms and tools. We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of any third party, and your use of those services is governed by their own terms. Any concerns relating to a third-party product should be directed to that provider.

13. Confidentiality
